Enjoy this low fat dessert without guilt, this panacotta recipe with seasonal fruits to be made with FAGE® Total 0% is creamy, delicious and low in fat.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 leaves jelly
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 2 grams granulated sugar
  • 5.3 ounces Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%
  • 7 ounces fresh berries

Preparation

Soften the gelatin in cold water and then drain the excess liquid.
Boil the milk in the pan.
Mix the sugar and gelatin and let cool.
Beat the mixture with the Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0%, pour into four molds or ramekins and leave in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
To make the sauce: Put 200ml of water in a pan with half the fruit and bring to a boil. Boil for three minutes, let cool. Blend to obtain a smooth sauce and mix with the remaining fruit.
To serve: Place each panacotta out of the mold in the center of a dish and add a tablespoon of the red fruit sauce.
