  • 3 envelopes gelatin, hydrated in 1/2 cup of cold water and dissolved in a bain-marie, for peanut gelatin
  • 1 can condensed milk, for coffee jelly
  • 1 can evaporated milk, for coffee jelly
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder, for coffee jelly
  • 3 envelopes gelatin, dissolved in 1/2 cup of cold water in a bain-marie, for coffee jelly

Preparation

For peanut gelatin liquefy condensed milk with evaporated milk, peanut butter and grenetine previously dissolved. Empty in a mold and refrigerate until set.
For coffee gelatin liquefies condensed milk with evaporated milk, coffee and grenetine previously dissolved. Pour over the peanut jelly and refrigerate until set, unmold and serve.

TIPS

You can decorate with red berries or coffee beans.
