It is a recipe for pineapple jelly as a base and the top is a coconut cream decorated with coconut grated.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 5 tablespoons gelatin
  • 1/3 cups Water, hot
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 can Pina Colada, (380 ML)
  • 150 milliliters condensed milk
  • 3 cups milk, liquid
  • 30 grams cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3/4 cups grated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • grated coconuts, to decorate

Preparation

Dilute the grenetine in hot water,
Blend cream cheese, pina colada, condensed milk and add the grenetina.
In an aluminum container mix milk, cornstarch, grated coconut and cinnamon, cook over low heat until thick.
Place the previous mixture in the gelatin mold, let it cool. Once it is cold, the first mixture is incorporated (pineapple liquefied)
Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours and unmold.
Decorate it with grated coconut
