Preparation
Dilute the grenetine in hot water,
Blend cream cheese, pina colada, condensed milk and add the grenetina.
In an aluminum container mix milk, cornstarch, grated coconut and cinnamon, cook over low heat until thick.
Place the previous mixture in the gelatin mold, let it cool. Once it is cold, the first mixture is incorporated (pineapple liquefied)
Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours and unmold.
Decorate it with grated coconut
