Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cups Nestle media creama
  • 1/2 cups pineapple syrup
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 4 envelopes gelatin, hydrated (28g)
  • 1 1/2 cups carrot, grated
  • 1 cup Pineapple in syrup
  • 1/2 cups walnut, chopped
  • to taste whipped cream, to decorate

Preparation

Blend condensed milk with evaporated milk, whole milk, half cream,the pineapple in syrup, and the pineapple. Add gradually the hydrated grenetine.
In a previously greased mold, place the carrot, the rest of the pineapple in syrup and the nuts. Pour the gelatin and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
Unmold and decorate with whipped cream.

PRESENTATION

In an extended dish decorated with whipped cream.

TIPS

Grease your gelatin mold with a little oil to make it much easier to unmold it.
