Preparation
Blend condensed milk with evaporated milk, whole milk, half cream,the pineapple in syrup, and the pineapple. Add gradually the hydrated grenetine.
In a previously greased mold, place the carrot, the rest of the pineapple in syrup and the nuts. Pour the gelatin and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
Unmold and decorate with whipped cream.
