Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 liter yogurt, of prune
  • 1 kilo sour cream
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 100 grams unflavored gelatin powder
  • 15 prune
  • 1 cup Water

Preparation

In a mold stir the sugar, yogurt and cream and reserve.
Hydrate the grenetine with the cup of water and microwave it for 1 to 2 minutes to melt it.
Pica 10 prunes and add them to the mold with the cream and yogurt.
Add the grenetina and gently stir all the ingredients into a refractory mold.
Put the refregerator for 2 hours or set.
Unmold and garnish with the rest of the prunes and a few leaves of mint or herb and serve.

TIPS

You can change the yogurt and fruit for your favorite flavor or fruit.
