Preparation
In a bowl add the 4 packages of red gelatin and add 4 cups of boiling water and stir until completely dissolved. Put oil spray on a refractory or oven proof dish.
Pour the red gelatin into the refractory and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until it is completely firm. Meanwhile, in a bowl add half a cup of cold water, add the gelatin and let it hydrate for a minute. Add 1 1/2 boiling water and condensed milk, mix until everything is homogeneous then let cool a little.
Take the red gelatin from the fridge and turn it over on its surface to cut. Use a cookie cutter in the shape of a heart and cut as close as possible to avoid waste. Wash and re-grease the same refractory and place the hearts in such a way that you can cut a square around them.
Pour the mixture of condensed milk over the hearts and put in the fridge for two hours or until it is completely firm. Cut into cubes and enjoy.
