This recipe of white gelatin with a red heart is very nice to share at dessert time either at a children's party or simply to pamper your own family. You will see how easy and practical it is to prepare.

Ingredients

15 portions
  • 4 boxes cherry jelly, or some red gelatin
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder
  • 5 1/2 cups Water, boiling
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cups Water, cold
  • oil spray

Preparation

In a bowl add the 4 packages of red gelatin and add 4 cups of boiling water and stir until completely dissolved. Put oil spray on a refractory or oven proof dish.
Pour the red gelatin into the refractory and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until it is completely firm. Meanwhile, in a bowl add half a cup of cold water, add the gelatin and let it hydrate for a minute. Add 1 1/2 boiling water and condensed milk, mix until everything is homogeneous then let cool a little.
Take the red gelatin from the fridge and turn it over on its surface to cut. Use a cookie cutter in the shape of a heart and cut as close as possible to avoid waste. Wash and re-grease the same refractory and place the hearts in such a way that you can cut a square around them.
Pour the mixture of condensed milk over the hearts and put in the fridge for two hours or until it is completely firm. Cut into cubes and enjoy.

TIPS

You can do this same procedure with the shape you want, be it a star, flower or any other figure that comes to mind.

Hola puedes utilizar clara de huevo en los moldes dejar secar y colocar la gelatina tiene la misma funcion del aceite de spray evitar que se pegue !!!!

duda para que es el aceite de spray en el molde para que se desprenda mas facil ?? si no tengo de spray de cual puedo usar
