Preparation
Warm a pot over medium heat with water and milk, add the rice with the cinnamon, the salt, the orange peel and the grated, add the sugar and mix well. Add the vanilla extract and cook until the rice is soft.
Remove from the heat add the hydrated gelatin and pour the gelatine into a previously greased mold. Refrigerate 1 hour or until set.
Unmold the jelly, decorate with cinnamon slices. Serve and enjoy.
