Go ahead and prepare this delicious chocolate chip gelatin with only 6 ingredients that you probably have right now in your pantry. It's perfect for an afternoon with friends and it looks great.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 Cup of evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups of eggnog
  • 1/2 Cup of condensed milk
  • 6 envelopes of unflavored gelatin (7g each) hydrated and melted
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 Cup of evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups of hazelnut creams
  • 6 envelopes of unflavored gelatin (7 gc / u) hydrated and melted

Preparation

Heat the milk with the evaporated milk and add the eggnog, condensed milk and grenetina. Mix very well.
Pour into a mold for gelatin filling with ¼ of the latter, refrigerate until set. Reserve the rest of the mixture.
For the chocolate gelatin, heat the milk with the evaporated milk and dissolve the hazelnut cream and the gelatin. Cool taking care that it does not curdle.
Pour over the rompope gelatin previously curdled filling half the mold. Refrigerate until set.
Repeat this process interspersing the colors until filling up the mold.
Unmold and place on a round platter.

PRESENTATION

Place it on a circular cake stand and serve cold.

TIPS

We suggest you grease your mold with oil to be able to unmold easier.
