If you want a rich, fresh and healthy dessert, prepare this rich sherry jelly with slices of natural peach macerated with a mixture of spices, which in addition to having an unbeatable presentation, is low in calories. Delicious!

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 4 pieces of peach
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of bee honey
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 of tablespoon of ground clove
  • 1 box of Sherry Gelatin Light D'Gari® (25 g)
  • 1 liter of Water (½ liter at room temperature and ½ liter boiling)
  • to taste of peach in slices to decorate
  • to taste of Fresh mint to decorate

    Preparation

    Cut the peaches into thin slices with whole and peel and mix in a bowl with the lemon juice, honey, ginger, cinnamon and cloves. Mace a few minutes and drain.
    Dissolve the D'Gari® light gelatin sherry flavor with ½ liter of water at room temperature for 5 minutes. Add ½ liter of boiling water and incorporate very well.
    Arrange the peaches in a jelly mold and pour a little of the sherry jelly covering the fruit slightly. Refrigerate until set.
    Completely fill the mold with the rest of the gelatin and refrigerate again until set.
    Unmold and serve with fresh peaches and mint.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in an extended dish decorated with peaches and mint.

    TIPS

    The maceration of the peaches will give your jelly a lot of flavor and will make the fruit not rust.
