This gelatine has a cookie-cutter base and a layer of strawberry gelatin with cream cheese followed by a layer of gelatin with strawberries. It is rich, easy and, in addition, healthy!

Preparation
In a pie pan (preferably glass) mix the previously ground cookies with the butter (previously melted) knead until a paste forms and form a light base, and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
In which our dough is refrigerated, we prepare half of the strawberry gelatin with half a liter of water, once prepared let it cool just a little, and pour it into the blender along with the cheese.
The mold is taken out of the refrigerator and we pour our gelatin mixture with cheese into the mold with the cookies and return to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Later we prepare the other half of strawberry gelatin (since the 30 minutes have elapsed and the gelatin is curdled).
We pour the other strawberry gelatin mixture on top of the already curd cheese jelly and decorate it with strawberries on top.
Refrigerate for half an hour and serve when curd and firm when touched.
