Preparation
Dissolve the grenetina in the cup of hot water. Make sure it is well dissolved until there are no lumps left.
Melt the 8 chocolate bars in a bain-marie and once melted in a bowl mix them with the other ingredients until they are well stirred, add the dissolved gelatin with the water.
Mix until homogeneous and empty in the mold of our preference.
Put in the refrigerator until set and unmold.
