A delicious jelly with layers of fruits that also has a very original presentation is possible with this recipe of mango and lemon jelly. In order for these jelly cups to be amazing, you need to tilt them when you are pouring the layers. Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups Water, for kiwi and lemon jelly
  • 1 cup Kiwi, for kiwi and lemon jelly
  • 1 cup sugar, for kiwi and lemon jelly
  • 2 cups Water, (500 ml) for kiwi and lemon jelly
  • 1 bag Gelatin D'Gari® lemon flavor, (120 g) for kiwi and lemon jelly
  • 2 cups milk, (500 ml) for condensed milk gelatin
  • 1 bag D'Gari ® Condensed Milk Gelatin ®, (120 g) for condensed milk jelly
  • 2 cups Water, (500 ml) for mango jelly
  • 1 bag Gelatin D'Gari® mango flavor, Manila (120 g) for mango jelly

Preparation

For kiwi and lemon jelly: heat the water over medium heat, add the sugar and cook the kiwi for 3 minutes. Drain and reserve.
Empty the content of the D´Gari® lemon flavor jelly in the boiling water and move until completely dissolved. Let cool and reserve.
Empty the content of the D'Gari® gelatin flavor condensed milk in boiling milk and move until completely dissolved. Let cool and reserve.
Empty the content of the D'Gari® gelatin mango manila flavor in the boiling water and move until completely dissolved. Let cool and reserve.
Place the glasses in a cupcake pan or in a smaller bowl inclined at 50 °, add the kiwi cubes carefully, pour D´Gari® lemon flavor and refrigerate until set.
Turn the glasses on the mold or bowl but to the opposite side, tilted at 50 ° pour the condensed milk D´Gari® jelly, refrigerate until set.
Turn the glasses over the mold or bowl but to the opposite side, tilted at 65 ° pour the Manila mango flavor D'Gari® jelly and refrigerate until set.
Repeat the process until you have 2 layers of each color.

PRESENTATION

On a long glass glass, decorated with mango, kiwi, lemon and mint.

TIPS

It is important to cook the kiwi with sugar to decrease the level of acidity and that the jelly sets.
