Vanilla, strawberry and chocolate jelly

Prepare this delicious jelly of your three favorite flavors: vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. It is a perfect dessert for any occasion and that you will prepare with only 10 ingredients that you surely have in your pantry.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 1 Cup of condensed milk
  • 1 Cup of evaporated milk
  • 1 Cup of Nestle media creama
  • 1 Cup of cream cheese
  • 3 envelopes of unflavored gelatin (7 gc / u) hydrated and melted
  • 1 on of strawberry jelly 25 g
  • 4 cups of Water hot
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa
  • 1/3 of Cup of chocolate syrup
  • 3 envelopes of unflavored gelatin (7 gc / u) hydrated and melted

    Preparation

    For the chocolate gelatin, heat the milk and dissolve the chocolate powder, the chocolate syrup, and the gelatin. Pour into the mold filled 1/3 of it and refrigerate until set.
    For strawberry gelatin, dilute strawberry flavor gelatin powder in hot water, cool to room temperature taking care not to set. Pour over the previously curdled chocolate jelly filling another third and refrigerate until set.
    For milk gelatin, liquefy condensed milk with evaporated milk, half cream, cream cheese, and melted gelatin. Pour over the strawberry jelly until the mold is filled and refrigerate until set.
    Unmold and place on a plate, serve.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve on a round plate and enjoy.

    TIPS

    We suggest you oil your mold with oil to be able to demold it easier.
