Ingredients

12 portions
  • 4 cups Water, for mango jelly
  • 1 on McCormick® Jelly, mango flavor with chilito
  • 1/2 cups McCormick® jam, mango
  • 1 cup chamoy, for tamarind jelly
  • 2 cups Tamarindo candy, for tamarind jelly
  • 3 envelopes gelatin, hydrated for tamarind jelly
  • 4 cups Water, for watermelon jelly
  • 1 on McCormick® Jelly, watermelon flavor with chilito
  • enough watermelon, diced, to decorate
  • enough mango, diced, to decorate

Preparation

For mango jelly, heat the water, pour McCormick® mango-flavored gelatin with chilito and move until dissolved, then add the mango jam. Then pour a 1/3 cup in a jelly mold and refrigerate until set.
For the tamarind jelly, blend the chamoy with the tamarinds and pour the grenetina in the form of thread. Pour about 1 cup over the mango jelly already curdled and refrigerate again until it sets.
For watermelon jelly, heat the water, pour McCormick® watermelon-flavored gelatin with chilito and move until dissolved, let cool and set aside.
With the help of your hands, peel the jelly from the mold and then carefully pour the watermelon jelly until the mold is completely filled. Refrigerate until set.
Unmold and decorate with watermelon and mango.

PRESENTATION

On an extended plate, decorated with watermelon, mango and chili pepper.

TIPS

It is very important that when adding the watermelon jelly to the mango jelly, it is completely cold.
