Ingredients

10 portions
  • 3 cups milk
  • 450 grams White chocolate
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 2 1/2 envelopes gelatin, (approx 40 grs)
  • 1 can Nestle media creama
  • 50 grams bitter chocolate, derretetido
  • strawberries, the necessary to decorate
  • powdered sugar, to decorate
  • 1/2 cups Water, to hydrate the grenetina

Preparation

Heat the milk and when it boils add the chocolate over low heat. Move until it dissolves. Add the condensed milk.
Hydrate the grenetine in the half cup of water and melt it in the microwave until it is liquid again.
Add to the milk with the chocolate and move quickly with a balloon whisk.
Add the half cream without stopping to move.
Grease the screw mold slightly with oil or with spray oil or if you are going to use individual molds also grease.
Empty the mixture in the molds or in the mold. Refrigerate until set about 6-8 hours.
Wash and disinfect strawberries.

PRESENTATION

The presentation can be at the center and split the slices of gelatin and put on each plate a little more melted chocolate. And put one or two strawberries with chocolate to each plate. If they are individual decorate with sliced ​​strawberries.

TIPS

I recommend that it be plastic jelly cups so that it is easy to unmold.
