Ingredients

5 portions
  • 4 tablespoons gelatin
  • 1 cup Water, at room temperature
  • 1 liter yogurt, of the flavor of your preference
  • 1 cup milk
  • 200 grams sugar

Preparation

Dissolve the grenetina in the cup of water at the time, it is important that you incorporate it little by little so that it does not become lumps.
Place to heat yogurt, milk and sugar, constantly moving without boiling.
In this step the grenetina will be hard so you have to melt it in the microwave oven for 30 seconds until it is liquid again.
Once liquid, add it to the yoghurt mixture, stirring constantly until all the ingredients are integrated.
Pour the mixture into the molds or mold and refrigerate.

TIPS

You can use a yogurt with pieces of fruit.
