Ingredients

15 portions
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 1/2 envelopes gelatin
  • 2 cups natural yogurt
  • 1 cup Water, hot

Preparation

The cream with sugar is put on fire.
Apart the grenetina dissolves in the hot water, already dissolved it is incorporated to the cream and the sugar to that it gives a boil.
Remove from heat and add yoghurt, grease a mold and refrigerate until set.
If you want to make it like the one in the photo, half strawberry and half natural, instead of 2 cups of natural yoghurt, put one of strawberry yogurt and one of the natural one, do the same steps with half of the ingredients each part is first put one part you let it set a little and you throw the other half with the other flavor.

Hola buen día, disculpe mi ignorancia pero la gelatina se prepara normal y se le agrega el resto de ingredientes o se prepara con menos cantidad de agua. Y recien se le agrega lo demás?
