Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 on gelatin
  • skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons raw sugar
  • 1 cup natural yogurt, low in fat
  • 1 sheath liquid vanilla

Preparation

In a filter coffee machine, put a small cup of water, in the container serves a coffee spoonful of roasted coffee. Hydrate the grenetine in a 1/4 cup of water, heat until melted in your microwave for 10 seconds. Heat the rest of the water and milk over medium heat in separate pots.
Add half the cup of roasted coffee and sugar in each, dissolve completely. Just before the liquids boil, we distribute half of the melted grenetina in each one and stir to integrate.
We lightly chill and empty separately the gelatin mixture of water and milk in molds to make square ice. Refrigerate until curd.
Aside, mix in a bowl the natural yogurt with a teaspoon of vanilla. Unmold the jelly cubes separately and we put a bit of the vanilla yogurt. It tastes delicious!
