Jello is always a truly simple dessert that we all like, but these little glasses with Greek yoghurt are extra tasty. In addition, they are accompanied with strawberries and nuts, which enhance the flavor. The gelatin and yoghurt mixture is delicious and this recipe has a very simple step-by-step so you can prepare them without problem.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 liter Water, for water jelly
  • 1 box D'Gari® Gelatin Flavor Strawberry Light Water, 120 g
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberry, washed and disinfected, diced for strawberry jelly
  • 1 liter milk, low fat
  • 1 box D'Gari® Strawberry Flavored Yoghurt Gelatin, 25 g
  • 1 cup strawberry, cut into sheets
  • 2 cups greek yogurt, low in fat
  • enough walnut, finely chopped, to decorate
  • enough strawberry, to decorate

Preparation

Hydrate the strawberry D'Gari® light jelly in ½ liter of cold water for 5 minutes. Then add ½ liter of boiling water and mix until completely dissolved.
Pour half of the jelly into cups and add the diced strawberries. Place them on a slightly inclined cupcake mold, then refrigerate until the jelly sets.
Dissolve the D'Gari® light strawberry yoghurt flavor jelly in ½ liter of milk at room temperature for 5 minutes. Add ½ liter of boiling milk and add. Let cool, but be careful not to set.
Place a strawberry sheet attached to the glass, filled with milk jelly taking care not to move the strawberry. Then refrigerate until set.
Garnish with Greek yoghurt, nuts and strawberry.

PRESENTATION

In individual cups, decorated with strawberries.

TIPS

Use cups the size of the molds so you can make several jellies.
