Preparation
Hydrate the grenetine in 3 tablespoons of cold water. In a saucepan over medium heat pour the Santa Clara® Whole Milk and the sugar without letting it boil.
Melt the grenetine in the microwave and add it to the pot. Place the Santa Clara® Guava Yogurt in a bowl and slowly add the Santa Clara® Whole Milk mixture without mixing. You can strain the preparation or leave it like this.
Let stand for 10 minutes to remove the bubbles that were formed at the time of beating, pour the mixture into glasses or glass cups and refrigerate for about 4 hours or overnight.
For baked figs, place the figs and nuts in a baking tray with waxed paper, pour the honey over the figs and nuts and bake at 180 ° C for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
Decorate panna cotta glasses with figs and walnuts, decorate with a mint leaf.
