For a rich and diverse breakfast, prepare this light strawberry yogurt bowl with natural fruit and seeds. It is low in calories and the best of all, you can prepare it in advance for those days when you are in a hurry.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 box Gelatin D'Gari® light strawberry yoghurt flavor, (25 g)
  • 1 liter milk light, (½ liter at room temperature and ½ liter boiling)
  • 1 cup strawberry, in slices to decorate
  • 2 mangos, in segments to decorate
  • 2 bananas, in slices to decorate
  • 5 tablespoons pumpkin seed, to decorate
  • 5 tablespoons chia, to decorate
  • 5 tablespoons granola, to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl, add the D'Gari® strawberry yogurt gelatine and pour ½ liter of milk at room temperature, wait 5 minutes for it to hydrate. Add ½ liter of boiling milk and incorporate.
Fill with glass jelly 8 bowls of approximately 1/2 cup capacity, leaving ¼ of empty space. Refrigerate until it curds.
Decorate with strawberries, mango, banana, pips, chia and granola.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with natural fruit of your choice and seeds.

TIPS

Prepare the bowl in advance and only add fruit before eating. You can also prepare it with almond or soy milk.
