Yogurt and Fruit Jelly

Prepare this delicious recipe of half yogurt and half crystalline jelly, with sweet fruit in syrup, such as pear, pineapple, mango and peaches. This dessert looks spectacular, making it perfect for special occasions, such as celebrating a birthday. To avoid sticking, grease your mold before pouring the jelly.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 4 cups Water, hot
  • 1/4 cups crystalline gelatin
  • 6 envelopes gelatin, cast
  • 1 cup pear, in syrup
  • 1 cup Pineapple in syrup
  • 1 cup mango in syrup
  • 1 cup peach in syrup
  • 1/2 cups raspberry
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 cups natural yogurt
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 6 envelopes gelatin, cast

Preparation

Cut the pear, pineapple, mango and peaches with your Victorinox® alveoli knife. Reservation.
Mix the crystalline gelatin and the grenetina with the hot water until they dissolve completely. Reservation.
Pour a layer of crystalline jelly into the mold. Refrigerate until set.
Place the peach and raspberries, then pour the crystalline jelly to cover the fruit. Refrigerate until set.
Add the chopped fruit and pour the crystalline jelly until the fruit is covered. Refrigerate until set.
For yogurt jelly, blend the milk, natural yogurt, condensed milk and molten grenetina. Pour into the mold until completely filled and refrigerate until set.
Unmold, cut with your knife with Victorinox® alveoli and enjoy.
