Ingredients

4 portions

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons gelatin
  • 1/2 cups Water

Preparation

Hydrate the grenetine in the water and heat it in a bain-marie until dissolved.
Blend the blackberries with milk and strain.
Return the liquefied liquid to the blender and add the condensed and grenadine milk, blend until everything is integrated.
