Preparation
In a cup of jamaica water dissolve two tablespoons of grenetina and heat it in a bain-marie until it boils.
Mix it with the milk and move vigorously until they are integrated.
Empty the mixture to fill half the capacity of a greased mold, refrigerate until set.
In another cup of jamaica water dissolve the remaining grenetina and heat it in a bain-marie until it boils. Remove from the heat, add the rest of the jamaica water and sweeten to your liking.
With an absorbent paper, dry the surface of the gelatin of curdled milk, empty it of water and refrigerate until it sets.
