Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1/2 liters whipping cream, lyncott
  • 1/2 liters no sugar natural yogurt
  • 2 envelopes gelatin, natural
  • 200 grams sugar
  • strawberries, disinfected

Preparation

Empty the cream in the blender at low speed. We do not want to beat it.
Add, little by little, the yogurt. Keep beating.
Sprinkle 150 gr. of sugar in the mixture. Let them integrate. If you like, you can add more sugar if you like very sweet gelatins.
It incorporates hydrated and liquid gelatin. Stop beating as soon as the mixture is completely homogenous.
Empty in a jelly mold.
For the strawberry sauce: In the blender put the rest of the sugar, the strawberries without leaves and the juice of 1/2 lemon. Blend and serve in a sauce boat.

PRESENTATION

You can put the gelatine in plastic martini glasses and decorate with a natural cherry; It will look very chic! Do not forget to put the sauce close so that your guests pour it on the gelatin.
