Preparation
In a deep bowl, mix flour, baking powder and baking powder (Royal) with a manual beater.
In an electric mixer beat the butter and sugar until the mixture is fluffy.
Add the spices, salt, eggs and honey to the sponge mixture and beat until you get a uniform dough.
Add the flour to the mixture and combine slowly. Divide the club in two, cover with plastic and cool for 1 hour.
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, and prepare the baking trays with waxed paper.
On a clean surface with a little flour flatten the dough and make cookies with Christmas shapes. Transfer the cookies to the baking sheet.
Bake the cookies without letting them darken for about 20 minutes.
Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool before removing from the tray.
Garnish with lemon bitumen.
