  • 1/2 tablespoons meringue powder, for bitumen
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, for bitumen
  • 1 tablespoon Water, for bitumen

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
For the cookie dough, mix the flour with the ginger, cinnamon and sugar.
