Preparation
We put the chocolate in a bath Maria so that it melts.
When our chocolate is melted, we are going to pour it into chocolate molds in the form of small glasses, we will not fill it up until we are going to smear our little molds with the help of a fine spatula, then we take it to the fridge about 10 or 15 minutes to endure.
I used a mold for chocolates with forms to decorate and I did the same procedure as with the cups.
After our cups have enduirecido, we take them out of the molds by tapping our plateau. It is important to have them refrigerated!
When serving our delicious dessert, we place in a decorative shape on a chocolate sirop plate, then our cups and inside the glasses we toss whipped cream and then place the strawberries inside.
Ready!!! to enjoy this spectacular dessert, your guests will be delighted !!!
