Tamales are our favorites and these will not be the exception with their exquisite flavor of Chocolate ABUELITA® that nobody will be able to resist for being the favorite of the Mexican families, they are an excellent option to accompany with a coffee.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter, 90 gc / u
  • 1 can La Lechera® condensed milk
  • 2 tablets Chocolate Abuelita® for table, 90 gc / u sliced
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups oats, milled
  • 3 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 15 tamale leaves, soaked in hot water
  • 50 grams walnut
  • 50 grams grated coconut

Preparation

Beat the butter until it is soft and add the LECHERA® condensed milk with ABUELITA® Chocolate for table, egg, oatmeal, flour and baking powder, previously passed through a sieve.
Place two to three tablespoons on each tamale sheet, add a little nut and coconut, wrap so that the mixture does not come out
Arrange the tamales in a tamalera and cook in a bain-marie for 35 minutes. Remove and offer

PRESENTATION

Serve hot on an extended plate.

TIPS

You can change the nuts for raisins.

Todo iba bien pero creo es un error la cucharada de polvo para hornear es mucho porque al momento de cocerlos se salió el relleno y se me hizo un batidero en la olla tengan cuidado con lo que nos enseñan para la otra voy a tomar la sugerencia de una de las chicas
