The Gulab Jamun is a sweet of the Indian and Pakistani cuisine made with fried dough balls sweetened with sugar, rose water, cardamom and other spices.

Preparation
Preparation of the syrup: Dilute the sugar in 45cl of water and boil.
Leave 5 to 10 minutes on the low heat.
Add rose water, mix and set aside.
Preparation of the meatballs or balls: Heat the milk.
In a bowl, mix the milk powder, flour, yeast, cardamom and oil.
Work the pasta with your fingers and soak it with warm water.
Knead the dough until it is well homogenous.
Form balls of 2cm diameter.
Heat the oil to fry over low heat.
Put the balls little by little in the oil, which is not boiling to avoid burning.
Fry 5 to 8 minutes.
Remove them and put them to drain to remove excess fat.
Preparation of gulab jamun: Once drained from the oil, soak them in the syrup.
Leave them for 10 to 20 minutes.
Put golden and bright gulab jamun on a plate.
