Ingredients

4 portions

  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 liters milk
  • butter
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • powdered sugar

Preparation

Beat the eggs until they are very spongy, add the sugar little by little and continue to beat, and finally add the flour little by little while stirring.
Once a homogenous mass is obtained, line a mold with greased paper and spread the mixture. Place in a preheated oven at 200 ° and let it cook for 10 min.
Meanwhile the filling is prepared by beating the yolks with sugar and cornstarch.
Add the hot milk and put on a low heat, stirring until it is hot without letting it boil. Take the cake out of the oven, separate it very carefully so that it does not break and fill it with cream
Roll it up and place it in a tray with sprinkled powdered sugar.

PRESENTATION

By placing it on the platter you can decorate it with a cherries or mint leaves.

TIPS

When unmolding it, place it in a cloth and wind it very carefully so that it is more manageable.
