Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 liters milk
  • 1 drizzle liquid vanilla
  • 8 units egg
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 drizzle Rum
  • 2 teaspoons milk powder
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Preparation

In a container to make quesillo (quesillera) you add the sugar and take it to the low fire until caramelizing, careful not to burn.
In a blender add all the ingredients and blend until very well mixed.
After that it is all liquefied add the mixture to the cheese cellar, cover very well so that you do not put the water and take a bain-marie for 45 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Let cool one night before and unmold.

TIPS

Milk powder and corn starch is optional. It is not necessary but I think it is more delicious than it is; I hope you like it and good profit. Also if you wish you can add milk cream to the mix, it is delicious.
