Preparation
Form balls of Santa Clara® ice cream from cotton candy with the help of an ice cream scoop, and place in a tray. Freeze about 1 hour and a half or until they are firm.
With the help of a spoon, press the cereal together with the almonds and cinnamon, until obtaining a fine powder.
Melt the butter in a pan over low heat and add the cereal mixture, fry until the whole mixture is covered with butter. Chill
Cover the ice cream balls with the previous mixture and serve. Garnish with chantilly cream, chocolate and a cherry.
