If you are looking for a different and simple dessert to prepare for your children, do not miss this recipe for easy fried "ice cream". Delicious and creamy cotton candy ice cream, topped with a mixture of fried cereal with butter and a touch of cinnamon. It will be the feeling!

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 liter Santa Clara® cotton candy ice cream
  • 2 cups cereal
  • 1/4 cups almond, toast, filleted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • to taste dark chocolate, melted, to decorate
  • to taste whipped cream, to decorate
  • to taste cherry, to decorate

Preparation

Form balls of Santa Clara® ice cream from cotton candy with the help of an ice cream scoop, and place in a tray. Freeze about 1 hour and a half or until they are firm.
With the help of a spoon, press the cereal together with the almonds and cinnamon, until obtaining a fine powder.
Melt the butter in a pan over low heat and add the cereal mixture, fry until the whole mixture is covered with butter. Chill
Cover the ice cream balls with the previous mixture and serve. Garnish with chantilly cream, chocolate and a cherry.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with chantilly cream, chocolate and a cherry.

TIPS

You can replace the cereal with vanilla cookies.
