Preparation
Mix the sugar and water to make a soft syrup (5 min approx.)
Let cool and mix with the cream cheese, cream and oil Mazola Oliva and Soya.
Beat with the blender or balloon whisk. Reserve in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
If you have an ice cream maker, follow the manufacturer's instructions. Otherwise freeze and every 15 minutes take out and beat to give creaminess. Repeat a couple of times.
