Ice Cream Tulips with Red Fruits

Delicious tulip dough waffle with cheese ice cream and red berries.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 500 grams of red fruit
  • 125 grams of sugar
  • 125 grams of whole wheat flour
  • 500 milliliters of cheese ice cream
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 125 grams of Butter

    Preparation

    Pour into the mixer the sugar, butter and egg whites and beat all together.
    Add the flour and salt, continue beating until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
    Make circles in a tray previously greased and heated. Bake at 170 C for 5 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
    Take out the tray and in hot take the circle off and on a glass fit the circle, give it a dunk shape before the pasta cools.
    Form balls with ice cream and fill each tulip, decorate with raspberries, strawberries and blackberries.

    TIPS

    Use a damp cloth to shape the tulip, this will prevent you from burning and the dough to be quickly stiffened.
