Preparation
Pour into the mixer the sugar, butter and egg whites and beat all together.
Add the flour and salt, continue beating until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Make circles in a tray previously greased and heated. Bake at 170 C for 5 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Take out the tray and in hot take the circle off and on a glass fit the circle, give it a dunk shape before the pasta cools.
Form balls with ice cream and fill each tulip, decorate with raspberries, strawberries and blackberries.
