Iced Popsicles of Lemon with Pulparindo

For hot days or for a party, prepare this recipe for lemon ice lollipops with pulparindo and add a little chili powder and chamoy.

For homemade lemon lollipops you can use any pallet mold, it is only important that it is demolded when they are well frozen, otherwise they could break.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 8 cups of Water
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 2 cups of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of Vegetable food coloring
  • 1 on of unflavored gelatin 7 g, hydrated and melted
  • 10 pieces of Pulparindo (Hot and salted tamarind pulp candy)
  • enough of chilli powder at your service
  • enough of chamoy at your service

    Preparation

    Heat the water in a saucepan over medium heat, add the sugar and cook until it forms a syrup. It incorporates the lemon juice, the coloring and the grenetina, mixes very well and cools.
    Fill palette molds with the previous mixture and freeze until it begins to solidify. Once you have a firm layer, fit a pulparindo on each palette. Return to freeze until they are completely solid.
    Unmold the palettes and serve with chili powder and chamoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with chili powder and chamoy.

    TIPS

    You can use any vane mold of your choice. It is important that you unmold them when the pallets are well frozen, otherwise they may break.
