Preparation
Preheat the oven to 260 degrees.
Heat the 100 grams of chocolate in the microwave with two tablespoons of water and butter for 1 minute 30 seconds at 500w.
Beat the eggs with the sugar and add the flour.
Add the melted chocolate and mix it well.
Spread some individual molds with a little butter and sprinkle with flour.
Pour the mixture into the molds filling them up to 1/3. Place two ounces of chocolate in each mold and then cover with the rest of the mixture.
Place the molds in the oven for about 7/8 minutes and serve immediately.
