Ingredients

  • 200 grams powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon almond liqueur
  • 10 grams coconut
  • 20 grams butter
  • 4 tablespoons liquid vanilla, for the filling
  • 279 grams butter
  • to taste vegetal color additive

Preparation

Add the icing sugar and butter on a plate.
Grate the coconut and add the almond liqueur.
Add different colors of the mixture and put them in sleeves to make circles of 2 cm and a half and let them rest for 10 minutes before putting them in the oven.
Preheat the oven to 170 ° C and bake.
For the filling pour the vanilla extract with the butter, beat in an enveloping way while adding the coconut.
