Ingredients16 portions
Preparation
Boil the 3 1/2 cups of water with the jamaica flowers until it turns red.
Once the water is red, the flowers of jamaica are poured and put on fire until it boils, the natural grenetine is mixed in the gooseberry jelly packet and added to the boiling water. It is turned off and mixed until it dissolves perfectly.
Once the previous mixture is made, add the 2 cups of red wine.
The apple is cut into small slices and placed in the bottom of the mold that we are going to use, reserving the leftovers and adding a little of the mixture that we made and taking it to refrigerate until it sets.
Once it has set, add the rest of the mixture and the apple slices and refrigerate approximately 2 to 3 hours.
Once curdled it is demoulded and served.
