A very rich recipe for making homemade donuts filled with your favorite jelly.

Preparation
In a medium-sized bowl, combine water, yeast, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Let it react for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, put the flour and in the center place the eggs, the yeast mixture, the sugar, the butter, the nutmeg and the salt.
On a clean surface knead the dough until it is well integrated and is somewhat spongy.
Put in an egrasado container and cover. Let the dough rise for 1 hour and a half.
On a clean surface spread the dough until it is 1cm wide and cut a circle with a cookie cutter. (Approximately 20 circles).
Bring the oil to boil for 5 minutes or until its temperature reaches 200 degrees Celsius.
With a spoon put 3 circles of dough and let them brown for 40 seconds on each side. Remove from the oil and put on paper towels. Repeat with all the donuts.
Using a pastry bag, fill the donuts with the raspberry jelly.
