This Gelatin with Fruits is a practical dessert that you can prepare in minutes, it is also a healthy and easy option to include more fruits in the menu of your family.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 on gelatin powder
  • 1/2 liters orange juice
  • 1 can Pineapple in syrup, (only the juice)
  • 150 grams sugar
  • lemon juice, 1/2 piece
  • strawberries

Preparation

Put to heat the orange juice with pineapple juice in syrup, lemon juice and sugar.
When it starts to boil, add the gelatin powder and stir for two minutes.
Let it cool a little. Cut all the fruit into small pieces and spread it in a mold until it is full.
Pour the liquid to cover it and put it to cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes

PRESENTATION

Unmold and serve.

TIPS

For a little more sophistication make the gelatin in layers, half milk and half water.
