This traditional Key Lime Charlotte but in a mini version will be the best option for your next party, and just imagine all your guest savoring this delicious dessert!

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 package of Chantilly® cream cheese at room temperature, 190 g
  • 1/3 of Cup of Condensed milk Chantilly®
  • 1 Cup of chantilly cream
  • 1/4 of Cup of lemon juice
  • 1 package of lemon cookie 105 g
  • enough of chantilly cream to decorate
  • enough of green lemon sliced, to decorate

    Preparation

    Beat the Chantilly® cream cheese until smooth, add the condensed milk and Chantilly® cream, add the key lime juice and mix.
    Arrange the lemon cookies in small glasses, cover with a bit of the previous mixture, add another cookie and more cream. Refrigerate until it sets.
    Remove from the refrigerator and decorate with Chantilly® cream, and a slice of key lime.

    PRESENTATION

    Garnish with Chantilly® cream, cookies and key lime slices.

    TIPS

    To avoid lumps in the cream cheese, use it at room temperature. When you add the Chantilly® cream, do it in a folding manner so that shape will not flatten.
