Preparation
Peel and cut the apple into pieces.
Place egg, sugar, honey, cinnamon, oil, instant coffee and cloves in a processor.
Process until a creamy consistency is obtained, add the apple and process a few moments.
Sift the flour, with the cocoa and the baking powder.
Add to the previous preparation until all the ingredients are integrated. Add the toasted nuts.
Grease a pudding mold with butter and overturn the preparation.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes in oven 180ºC
