  • 2 cups of blueberry for the compote
  • 1/2 Cup of refined sugar for the compote
  • 1/8 of Cup of Water for the compote
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon zest for the compote
  • 1/2 Cup of lemon juice sour
  • 1/2 Cup of evaporated milk
  • 2 cups of condensed milk
  • 4 pieces of cream cheese (760 g)
  • enough of vanilla cookie or cinnamon
  • 1 Cup of blueberry
  • 2 pieces of yellow lemon cut into slices, to decorate
  • 1 piece of green lemon cut into slices, to decorate
  • to taste of Fresh mint to decorate

    Preparation

    Heat a pot over medium heat with the berries, sugar and water, cook until it reduces and thickens, add lemon zest outside the fire. Chill and reserve.
    For the filling, liquefy the lemon juice with the evaporated milk, the condensed milk and the cream cheese. Reserve.
    Place a ring on a metal tray and add a layer of cookies, pour a little of the lemon filling, compote and blueberries. Repeat the process until the ring is completed, refrigerate for 1 hour or until it is consistent.
    Unmold and decorate with slices of yellow lemon, green lime and mint leaves.
    Cut a slice, serve and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Garnish with slices of yellow, green lemon and a little mint leaves.

    TIPS

    You can soak the cookies in a little milk or evaporated milk so they soften more.
