  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1/4 cups raspberry jam
  • 1 pay crust
  • 1 cup raspberry

Preparation

Mix cream cheese, pudding powder, milk and lemon zest with a wire whisk in a large bowl. Gently incorporate 1 cup of cover.
Spoon the preserved raspberries on the bottom of the base; cover them with the pudding mixture. Complete the cake with 1 cup of cover and the raspberries.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm. Save the cake in the refrigerator.
