Preparation
Preheat the oven to 170ºC.
Fry the lemon peel in the oil for a few seconds, take care not to burn. Let cool a little.
Pour the oil into a mixing bowl with a balloon whisk and stir in the yogurt, sugar, eggs, sifted flour with the yeast, juice and lemon zest. It is very important not to stop mixing.
Grease a rectangular mold, pour the mixture and bake for 40 or 45 minutes.
Remove from the oven when golden, let cool.
Prepare the cover by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl. Bat the cake with this and let it dry.
