Ingredients

  • 3/4 of Cup of flour sifted
  • 1/4 of Cup of cookie milled
  • 1/4 of Cup of Butter melted
  • 380 grams of cream cheese (2 packages)
  • 1/2 can of condensed milk
  • 1 Cup of whipping cream
  • 1/4 of Cup of yellow lemon juice
  • 1 piece of green lemon zest
  • 1 Cup of blueberry
  • to taste of powder sugar to decorate
  • to taste of whipped cream to decorate
  • to taste of green lemon sliced, to decorate
  • 1 piece of Absorbent paper towel roll BOUNTY®

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Beat the whites with the sugar until they double in size. Reservation.

    Using a colander, decorate with icing sugar.

    PRESENTATION

    On a platter, decorated with cookies, and slices of lemon, accompanied by a cup of coffee.
