Lemon with Crepes

Prepare this cake of soft crepes and with a delicious touch of lemon and cheese, prepared with a lot of cream cheese, this rich and easy cake without oven is filled with a cream of green lemon and condensed milk, covered in a delicious whipped cream with a touch of lemon zest, decorated with lemon and mint.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of milk for crepes
  • 3/4 of Cup of flour for crepes
  • 1/4 of Cup of Butter melted, for crepes
  • 2 pieces of egg for crepes
  • 1/8 of Cup of sugar for crepes
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla for crepes
  • 4 cups of cream cheese for the filling
  • 1 Cup of condensed milk for the filling
  • 3 spoonfuls of lemon zest green, for the filling
  • 1/2 Cup of lemon juice for the filling
  • 3 cups of cream to beat for coverage
  • 1 Cup of sugar glass for coverage
  • 5 spoonfuls of lemon zest for coverage
  • 2 pieces of lemon cut into slices, to decorate
  • to taste of mint to decorate

    Preparation

    In a bowl mix all the ingredients of the crepes to form a homogeneous mixture.
    Heat a pan over medium heat and form crepes until you get the desired number of crepes for the cake layers. Reservation.
    In a bowl beat all the ingredients of the filling until you get a homogeneous and smooth mixture.
    In a tray with a cake mold, place a base crepe, spread a layer of lemon cream, repeat until forming several layers. Refrigerate
    In a bowl beat the cream to beat until doubled in volume, add the icing sugar and the lemon zest. Cover the cake with the whipped cream.
    Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves. Cut a slice and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Cover the cake with the whipped cream and decorate with lemon slices rosettes of whipped cream and mint leaves.

    TIPS

    You can grind cookies in the crepes mixture to give a little more flavor to lemon pie.
