Enjoy an amazing and energy-filled breakfast with this oatmeal pudding and Ades® Soy accompanied by a combination of red fruits such as blueberries, strawberry, blackberry and blueberries.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 Cup of AdeS® Soya
  • 1 Cup of oats
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 2 spoonfuls of nut
  • 2 spoonfuls of almond toasted and filleted
  • 1 tablespoon of chia
  • 2 spoonfuls of cranberry
  • 1/4 of Cup of Strawberry
  • 1/4 of Cup of blackberry
  • 1/4 of Cup of blueberry

    Preparation

    In a bowl add Ades® Soy and oatmeal, and hydrate for 1 hour.
    Add the spoonful of honey, nuts, almonds, chia and cranberries. Mix well and serve.
    Garnish with strawberry, blackberries and blueberries.

    PRESENTATION

    In a small mason jar, accompanied by red fruits.
