The best part of the day begins with breakfast, that is why you cannot miss these little ears, stuffed with cinnamon and walnut, accompanied with Nutella®. They are completely irresistible!

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 500 grams puff pastry
  • enough flour, to extend
  • 1 egg, to varnish
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 cups walnut, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Nutella®, 15 g
  • enough milk, To accompany

Preparation

On a floured surface, spread the puff pastry until it has a rectangle with a thickness of 3 mm, glaze with egg and sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and walnuts.
Roll up to the middle of the rectangle roll on the opposite side to have 2 rolls in the center as shown in the video. Freeze for 15 minutes and reserve.
On a board, cut the ears of 2 cm thick, place on a tray, freeze for 10 minutes and bake at 200 ° C for 20 minutes. Let cool and reserve.
Spread a tablespoon of Nutella® on one of the ears and cover with another to form a sandwich. Reservation.
Serve and accompany with a glass of milk.
